Hello! My name is Mrs. Wiegand. This is my second year at Madison Community Elementary School. This is my first year as a first grade teacher. I am very excited to work with all of you this year!
I grew up in and still currently reside in Elyria. I have one brother who is two years older than me named Joshua. He also still lives in Elyria, but works in Clevleand at the steel mill. My husband Ryan and I will be celebrating our 6th wedding anniversary this year. Ryan is an electrician, who gets to work in different places everyday. We have one son named Owen that just turned 4 years old. We are expecting our second child, Amelia, in the middle of November. I look forward to sharing our family photos with everyone! We also have a golden retriever named Apollo.
In my free time, I enjoy scrapbooking, taking pictures, reading, and spending quality time with my family. We love being outdoors and going for walks through our neighborhood.
This is going to be a great school year! I cannot wait to have a great year and to share my love for learning with my students!
